BALI.LOVE

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 16 March 2026

Thank you for using Bali.love! Please read these Terms of Service carefully as they contain important information about your legal rights, remedies and obligations.

By accessing or using the Bali.love Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Contracting Entities

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between:

  • HOSPO HERO PTY. LTD. (ABN: 64 607 799 477), trading as "Bali.love" ("we", "us", "our"), an Australian company registered in Victoria; and
  • The Client ("you", "your"), being the person or entity booking wedding services through our platform.

Services are delivered in Indonesia through a related Indonesian entity (PT PMA) in accordance with Indonesian law.

Legal Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement ("Agreement") between you and Bali.love (as defined below) governing your access to and use of the Bali.love website, including any subdomains thereof, and any other websites through which Bali.love makes its services available (collectively, "Site"), our mobile, tablet and other smart device applications, and application program interfaces (collectively, "Application") and all associated services (collectively, "Bali.love Services"). The Site, Application and Bali.love Services together are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Bali.love Platform". Our Terms, and other Policies applicable to your use of the Bali.love Platform are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

When these Terms mention "Bali.love," "we," "us," or "our," it refers to the Bali.love company you are contracting with.

Our collection and use of personal information in connection with your access to and use of the Bali.love Platform is described in our Privacy Policy.

If you have any questions about these Terms please email us at hello@bali.love

Our Role

Bali.love provides wedding coordination and planning services. In delivering these services, we:

  • Select, recommend, and manage relationships with third-party vendors ("Vendors") on your behalf
  • Collect payments from you and disburse them to Vendors promptly upon invoice confirmation
  • Coordinate logistics, timelines, and communications between you and your Vendors
  • Provide planning expertise and destination knowledge

Our platform also enables Vendors to publish their services ("Listings") and enables you to browse, compare, and book those services.

How your funds are handled: Bali.love operates a prompt payment model. When you make a payment, we pay your vendors as soon as they confirm their invoice. This means your funds are not held in a trust or segregated account — they are disbursed to vendors on your behalf. You can track every payment in real time through your Bali.love portal. This model ensures vendors are paid fairly and promptly, which is fundamental to securing the best service for your wedding. See Section 8 (Payment) and Section 9 (Cancellations) for the implications of this model.

Agency Relationship

In arranging Vendor services, Bali.love acts as your agent. This means:

  • We book and coordinate Vendor services on your behalf
  • Your contract for each Vendor service is between you and the Vendor
  • We exercise professional judgment in selecting and recommending Vendors
  • We owe you a duty of due care and skill in performing our coordination and agency services

Bali.love is directly responsible for the quality of our own services (planning, coordination, communication, vendor selection). Individual Vendors are responsible for the performance of their specific services (photography, catering, floristry, venues, etc.), but we will assist you in pursuing any remedy with a Vendor if their service does not meet the agreed standard.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts to access and use the Bali.love Platform or register a Bali.love Account. By accessing or using the Bali.love Platform you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract.

User verification on the Internet is difficult and we do not assume any responsibility for the confirmation of any Member's identity.

3. Modification of these Terms

Bali.love reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time in accordance with this provision. If we make changes to these Terms, we will post the revised Terms on the Bali.love Platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.

For changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the changes take effect. Material changes will not apply to bookings confirmed before the effective date of the change — your existing bookings will continue to be governed by the Terms in effect at the time of booking.

If you disagree with the revised Terms, you may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect. If you do not terminate your Agreement before the date the revised Terms become effective, your continued access to or use of the Bali.love Platform will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Account Registration

You must register an account ("Bali.love Account") to access and use certain features of the Bali.love Platform. You can register a Bali.love Account using an email address and creating a password.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and keep your Bali.love Account and public profile up-to-date at all times.

You may not register more than one (1) Bali.love Account unless Bali.love authorizes you to do so. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your Bali.love Account to another party.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Bali.love Account credentials and may not disclose your credentials to any third party. You are liable for any and all activities conducted through your Bali.love Account, unless such activities are not authorized by you and you are not otherwise negligent.

5. Ratings and Reviews

Within a certain timeframe after completing a booking, Clients and Vendors can leave a public review ("Review") and submit a star rating ("Rating") about each other. Ratings or Reviews reflect the opinions of individual Members and do not reflect the opinion of Bali.love. Ratings and Reviews are not verified by Bali.love for accuracy and may be incorrect or misleading.

Members are prohibited from manipulating the Ratings and Reviews system in any manner.

6. Content

By creating, uploading, posting, sending, receiving, storing, or otherwise making available any Member Content on or through the Bali.love Platform, you grant to Bali.love a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to such Member Content to access, use, store, copy, modify, prepare derivative works of, distribute, publish, transmit, stream, broadcast, and otherwise exploit in any manner such Member Content for the purpose of providing, promoting, and improving the Bali.love Platform. Unless you provide specific consent, Bali.love does not claim any ownership rights in any Member Content.

This license continues for a commercially reasonable period after you remove the content or delete your account, to allow for the completion of any use already in progress. For content that has been shared publicly on the Platform (such as reviews, ratings, or portfolio images), the license continues for the purpose of maintaining the integrity of the Platform's public content.

You may request deletion of your content at any time by contacting hello@bali.love, and we will remove it within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the limited exceptions above.

Vendor Content License: By listing your services on the Bali.love Platform, you grant Bali.love a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content for the purpose of promoting your services on the Platform.

Bali.love Intellectual Property Protection: All content, designs, photographs, marketing materials, software, and other intellectual property created or commissioned by Bali.love remains the exclusive property of Bali.love.

7. Vendor & Client Terms

Terms specific for Vendors

When creating a Listing through the Bali.love Platform you must (i) provide complete and accurate information about your Vendor Service (such as listing description, location, and calendar availability), (ii) disclose any deficiencies, restrictions and requirements that apply and (iii) provide any other pertinent information requested by Bali.love. You are responsible for keeping your Listing information (including calendar availability) up-to-date at all times.

You are solely responsible for setting a price (including any Taxes if applicable) for your Listing ("Listing Fee"). Once a Client requests a booking of your Listing, you may not request that the Client pays a higher price than in the booking request.

Any terms and conditions included in your Listing, in particular in relation to cancellations, must not conflict with these Terms or the relevant cancellation policy for your Listing.

Vendor Insurance and Liability:

  • Vendor Responsibility: Vendors are solely responsible for all aspects of their services, including but not limited to quality, safety, compliance with laws, and any injury, loss, or damage arising from their services.
  • Insurance Requirement: All Vendors must maintain adequate insurance coverage for their services, including public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance as appropriate for their service type. Bali.love may require proof of insurance at any time.
  • Bali.love's Role: As described in Section 1 (Agency Relationship), Bali.love acts as the Client's agent in arranging Vendor services. While Bali.love exercises professional judgment in selecting and recommending Vendors, individual Vendors remain responsible for the performance of their specific services. Bali.love's responsibility extends to its own coordination and agency services, including the duty to exercise due care and skill in vendor selection, booking, and management.
  • Vendor Indemnity: Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bali.love from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal costs) arising from the Vendor's services or any breach of the Vendor's obligations under these Terms.

Vendor Cancellation Refund: If a Vendor cancels a confirmed booking, the Vendor must refund the full amount received for that booking to Bali.love within 14 business days of the cancellation, to enable Bali.love to process the Client's refund in accordance with Section 9. If the Vendor fails to refund within 14 business days, Bali.love may deduct the outstanding amount from any future payouts owed to the Vendor and/or suspend the Vendor's listings on the Platform until the refund is received in full.

Commission Attribution

Service Fees are earned by, and payable to, the agent that secures the confirmed booking — defined as the agent through whom the Client places the booking and pays the deposit via the Bali.love Platform. Prior enquiries, quotes, or introductions by other agents or channels do not create a commission entitlement. Any disputes regarding commission attribution will be determined by Bali.love based on the booking records on the Platform.

If you choose to require a deposit for your Services, you must specify this in your Listing ("Deposit"). Vendors are not allowed to ask for a Deposit after a booking has been confirmed or outside of the Bali.love Platform.

You represent and warrant that any Listing you post and the booking of, a Service will (i) not breach any agreements you have entered into with any third parties, and (ii) comply with all applicable laws, Tax requirements, and other rules and regulations.

Terms specific for Clients

Subject to meeting any requirements set by Bali.love and/or the Vendor, you can book a Listing available on the Bali.love Platform by following the respective booking process. All applicable fees, including the Listing Fee, Deposit (if applicable) and any applicable Taxes (collectively, "Total Fees") will be presented to you prior to booking a Listing. You agree to pay the Total Fees for any booking requested in connection with your Bali.love Account.

Upon receipt of a booking confirmation from Bali.love, a legally binding agreement is formed between you and your Vendor, subject to any additional terms and conditions of the Vendor that apply, including in particular the applicable cancellation policy and any rules and restrictions specified in the Listing.

If you are booking for a minor, you represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to act on behalf of the minor.

8. Payment

Service Fees: Bali.love charges fees to Vendors ("Service Fees") in consideration for the use of the Bali.love Platform. The Service Fee is agreed between Bali.love and each Vendor and is deducted from the Listing Fee before remitting the payout to the Vendor. The specific rate of Service Fees is confidential between Bali.love and each Vendor. Bali.love reserves the right to change the Service Fees at any time, and will provide Vendors adequate notice of any fee changes before they become effective.

How Payments Flow: When a Client makes a payment through Bali.love, we pay vendors promptly once they confirm their invoice. This ensures vendors are paid fairly and promptly, which is fundamental to service quality. Clients can track the status of every vendor payment in real time through their Bali.love portal under the Bookings tab at all times, including deposit paid, vendor acceptance, vendor payment confirmation, and balance due dates. As a consequence of our prompt payment model, Bali.love does not hold significant Client funds in reserve.

Taxes: As a Vendor you are solely responsible for determining your obligations to report, collect, remit or include in your Listing Fees any applicable taxes.

Best Price Guarantee: Vendors warrant that Bali.love Clients will receive pricing equal to or better than any price the Vendor offers directly to a client or through any other channel. If at any time prior to the event date, a Client obtains a written quote directly from a Vendor at a lower price than the price listed or booked through the Bali.love Platform, the Vendor agrees to honour that lower price for Bali.love. Bali.love will adjust the booking price for the affected Client accordingly, and may update the Vendor's listing price on the Platform for the benefit of all Clients.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Modification

Vendors and Clients are responsible for any modifications to a booking that they make via the Bali.love Platform or direct Bali.love customer service to make ("Booking Modifications") and agree to pay any additional Listing Fees or Service Fees and/or Taxes associated with such Booking Modifications.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel a confirmed booking at any time and Bali.love will refund the amount of the Total Fees due to the Client in accordance with the below.

Where the Client cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees apply based on the timing relative to the event date (the date when the wedding or service is scheduled to occur):

When You CancelCancellation Fee
More than 360 days before the event date25% of the total booking value, or the amount already paid, whichever is greater
Between 180 and 360 days before the event date50% of the total booking value
Between 90 and 180 days before the event date75% of the total booking value
Less than 90 days before the event date100% of the total booking value

These cancellation fees represent the maximum amounts that may be retained. Bali Love will use reasonable efforts to recover funds from vendors on your behalf and will refund any amounts recovered in excess of Bali Love's direct costs incurred in connection with your booking. Because Bali.love operates a prompt payment model — paying vendors upon invoice confirmation — a significant portion of your fees may already have been paid to vendors by the time you cancel. You can verify the exact status of every vendor payment in real time through your Bali.love portal (Booking Status tracker), which shows each payment stage: Deposit Paid, Vendor Accepted, Vendor Paid & Contracted, Balance Due, and Fully Paid.

Bali.love will use reasonable efforts to negotiate refunds from vendors on the Client's behalf but cannot guarantee any specific refund outcome. Where the actual amount committed or disbursed to vendors is less than the applicable cancellation fee, Bali.love will refund the difference to the Client.

Unless extenuating circumstances exist, any portion of the Total Fees due to the Vendor under the applicable cancellation policy will be remitted to the Vendor by Bali.love pursuant to the Payments Terms.

Extenuating Circumstances: Determinations of extenuating circumstances are made at Bali.love's reasonable discretion and do not create refund entitlements beyond what is set out in this Section 9 and Section 14 (Force Majeure).

Consumer Guarantee Rights

The cancellation fees in this Section 9 apply to cancellations initiated by you for reasons other than a failure by Bali.love or a Vendor to meet consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

If our services, or a Vendor service arranged by us, suffer a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to:

  • Cancel the affected service and receive a refund for that service, regardless of the cancellation schedule above
  • Compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

A "major failure" includes where the service is substantially unfit for its common purpose and cannot easily be remedied, or is substantially different from what was agreed.

For Vendor service failures that do not constitute a major failure, we will work with the Vendor to remedy the issue at no additional cost to you.

Nothing in this Section 9 limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

If a Vendor cancels a confirmed booking, the Client will receive a full refund of the Total Fees for such booking within a commercially reasonable time of the cancellation. In some instances, Bali.love may allow the Client to apply the refund to a new booking.

In certain circumstances, Bali.love may decide, in its reasonable discretion, that it is necessary to cancel a confirmed booking and make appropriate refund and payout decisions.

If a Client suffers an extenuating circumstance, Bali.love may determine, in its reasonable discretion, to refund the Client part or all of the Total Fees depending on the nature of the extenuating circumstance suffered.

All determinations of Bali.love with respect to the Client refund, including the size of any refund, shall be at Bali.love's reasonable discretion, subject to and without limiting any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Dispute Resolution and Complaints

Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, please contact us:

  • Email: hello@bali.love
  • In-app: Message your planner directly through the Bali.love Platform

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate through the dispute resolution process below.

Dispute Resolution

Bali.love is committed to participating in a consumer-friendly dispute resolution process. To that end, these Terms provide for a two-part process:

  1. Informal negotiation directly with Bali.love (30 days from the date the dispute arises)
  2. Mediation, with a mediator chosen by Bali.love or by the President for the time being of the Law Society of Victoria

Members agree to cooperate with and assist Bali.love in good faith, and to provide Bali.love with such information and take such actions as may be reasonably requested by Bali.love, in connection with any complaints or claims made by Members.

The parties agree not to make public statements about a dispute that are knowingly false or misleading. Nothing in this clause prevents you from making a truthful review of our services, exercising your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, or making a complaint to a regulatory body.

Access to external remedies: Nothing in this section prevents you from making a complaint to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), Consumer Affairs Victoria, or any other state or territory fair trading body. Nothing in this section restricts your right to commence proceedings in any court or tribunal that has jurisdiction, including the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).

This Section 10 will survive any termination of these Terms.

11. Prohibited Activities

You are solely responsible for compliance with any and all laws, rules, regulations, and Tax obligations that may apply to your use of the Bali.love Platform. In connection with your use of the Bali.love Platform, you will not and will not assist or enable others to:

  • Breach or circumvent any applicable laws or regulations, agreements with third-parties, third-party rights, or our Terms
  • Use the Bali.love Platform for any commercial or other purposes that are not expressly permitted by these Terms
  • Copy, store or otherwise access any information about any other Member in any way that violates the privacy rights of Members or third parties
  • Use the Bali.love Platform in connection with the distribution of unsolicited commercial messages ("spam")
  • Request, accept or make any payment for Listing Fees outside of the Bali.love Platform
  • Discriminate against or harass anyone on the basis of race, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, age or sexual orientation
  • Use any robots, spider, crawler, scraper or other automated means to access the Bali.love Platform
  • Take any action that damages or adversely affects the performance or proper functioning of the Bali.love Platform

12. Term and Termination

Term: This Agreement shall be effective for a 30 day term, at the end of which it will automatically and continuously renew for subsequent 30 day terms until such time when you or Bali.love terminate the Agreement.

Termination: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by sending us an email. If you cancel your Bali.love Account as a Vendor, any confirmed booking(s) will be automatically cancelled and your Clients will receive a full refund. If you cancel your Bali.love Account as a Client, any confirmed booking(s) will be automatically cancelled and any refund will depend upon the terms of the Listing's cancellation policy.

Bali.love may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving you thirty (30) days' notice via email to your registered email address.

Bali.love may immediately, without notice, terminate this Agreement if (i) you have materially breached your obligations under these Terms, (ii) you have violated applicable laws, regulations or third party rights, or (iii) Bali.love believes in good faith that such action is reasonably necessary to protect the personal safety or property of Bali.love, its Members, or third parties.

13. Consumer Guarantees, Disclaimers, Liability and Indemnification

Australian Consumer Law Guarantees

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the services remedied if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or any other applicable law that cannot be lawfully excluded, restricted, or modified.

Disclaimers

While we exercise professional judgment in selecting and recommending Vendors (see Section 1 — Agency Relationship), Bali.love does not guarantee (i) the quality, safety, suitability, or legality of any Listings or Vendor Services, (ii) the truth or accuracy of any Listing descriptions, Ratings, Reviews, or other Member Content, or (iii) the performance or conduct of any Member or third party.

Where a Vendor service arranged by us does not meet the agreed standard, we will assist you in pursuing a remedy with that Vendor in accordance with our obligations under these Terms and applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bali.love's total liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms is limited to the total fees you have paid to Bali.love in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This limitation does not apply to, and nothing in these Terms excludes or limits, our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the Australian Consumer Law

Subject to the above, Bali.love is not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of enjoyment, emotional distress beyond what is reasonably foreseeable, or loss of profits) except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Financial Risk Acknowledgement

Clients acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Bali.love operates a prompt payment model — funds received from Clients are disbursed to Vendors upon invoice confirmation.
  2. Client funds are not held in trust or in a segregated account. Once disbursed, funds are held by the Vendor, not by Bali.love.
  3. This model ensures Vendors are paid fairly and promptly, which is fundamental to service quality and securing the best Vendors for your wedding.
  4. As a consequence, in the event of cancellation (whether due to Force Majeure or otherwise), funds already disbursed to Vendors may not be recoverable by Bali.love or the Client.
  5. All Vendor payments are visible to Clients in real time through the Bali.love portal under the Bookings tab at all times (Booking Status tracker).
  6. Clients are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel and wedding insurance (see Section 15) to protect against financial loss in the event of cancellation.

By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept the financial implications of the prompt payment model described in this section and in Section 1 (Our Role).

Indemnification

You agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold Bali.love harmless from claims arising from (i) your breach of these Terms, (ii) your improper use of the Platform, or (iii) your breach of any applicable laws. This indemnification obligation does not apply to the extent that any claim arises from Bali.love's own negligence, breach of these Terms, or breach of the Australian Consumer Law.

14. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance of their obligations under this agreement to the extent such failure or delay is caused by a Force Majeure Event.

Definition of Force Majeure Event

A Force Majeure Event means an event beyond the reasonable control of the parties that makes it physically impossible or illegal to hold the wedding or event in Bali on the scheduled date, including but not limited to:

  • An Australian or Indonesian government "Do Not Travel" advisory or travel ban for Bali/Indonesia, issued after the booking date
  • Indonesian government restrictions on gatherings, border closures, or business operations that prevent the event from proceeding
  • Natural disasters directly affecting Bali (earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, floods, fires)
  • Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies with government-imposed restrictions affecting Bali
  • Acts of terrorism, war, civil unrest, or riots directly affecting Bali

What Does Not Constitute a Force Majeure Event

The following do not trigger force majeure protections under these Terms:

  • Armed conflicts, wars, or political instability in regions other than Bali/Indonesia
  • General global unease, anxiety, or media coverage about world events
  • Changes in flight availability, pricing, or routing
  • Currency fluctuations
  • A Client's personal decision to cancel based on perceived risk where no government advisory or physical impediment exists

Postponement (Primary Remedy)

In the event of a Force Majeure Event affecting the scheduled event date, the parties will work in good faith to reschedule the services to a mutually agreeable alternative date within a reasonable timeframe. Postponement is subject to venue and vendor availability.

During COVID-19, every Bali.love couple that wished to postpone was able to do so with vendor cooperation. Postponement is our primary remedy and our proven track record.

Cancellation Due to Force Majeure

If rescheduling is not possible or practical, either party may cancel the booking. In such cases:

  • Bali.love pays vendors promptly upon invoice confirmation. This is by design — it is fundamental to our vendor relationships and service quality. Clients can track all vendor payments in real time through their Bali.love portal under the Bookings tab at all times, including the status of each payment (deposit paid, vendor accepted, vendor paid & contracted, balance due, fully paid).
  • Funds already disbursed to vendors are generally non-recoverable. Bali.love does not hold significant client funds in reserve and cannot guarantee the recovery of payments already made to third-party vendors.
  • A transparent breakdown of all payments made to vendors on the Client's behalf is available at all times through the Client's Bali.love portal under the Bookings tab.
  • Any funds not yet disbursed to vendors at the time of cancellation will be refunded to the Client.

Consumer Guarantee Rights

Nothing in this Section 14 limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a Force Majeure Event results in services not being provided, and this constitutes a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law, your consumer guarantee rights as set out in Section 9 (Consumer Guarantee Rights) and Section 13 (Australian Consumer Law Guarantees) continue to apply.

No Guarantee of Full Recovery

Neither Bali.love nor any third-party insurer can guarantee full recovery of funds in a Force Majeure Event. Clients are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel and wedding insurance (see Section 15).

Notice Requirement

The party affected by a Force Majeure Event must notify the other party as soon as reasonably practicable, providing details of the circumstances and expected duration of the delay or inability to perform.

15. Insurance

Strong Recommendation

Bali.love strongly recommends that all Clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance and wedding insurance prior to making any payments. Insurance provides essential protection for a wide range of scenarios including illness, injury, vendor insolvency, civil unrest, and government-issued travel advisories.

Bali.love Is Not an Insurer

Bali.love is not an insurer and does not underwrite or guarantee any insurance product. We do not provide insurance or guarantee refunds beyond what is set out in these Terms. Insurance is the Client's responsibility.

Insurance Partner

Bali.love has partnered with Go Insurance (goinsurance.com.au) to offer Clients access to travel and wedding insurance at a discounted rate.

Through this partnership, Clients receive a 20% discount on Go Insurance policies. Of the commission received from Go Insurance, the majority is passed to the Client as the discount above, with a small administration fee retained by Bali.love.

Important Limitations

Clients should be aware that travel and wedding insurance policies typically exclude claims arising from war, invasion, or military conflict. This is an industry-wide exclusion across virtually all insurers globally. Clients should review their policy terms carefully and understand what is and is not covered.

Not Financial Advice

Our recommendation of Go Insurance is based on our experience with their products and is provided as general information only, not financial advice. Clients should assess their own circumstances and seek independent advice if needed.

16. General Provisions

  • Variation: These Terms constitute the entire Agreement and supersede all prior understandings.
  • Relationship of Parties: Except as expressly stated in Section 1 (Agency Relationship), nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Bali.love. Our agency role is limited to arranging Vendor services on your behalf as described in these Terms.
  • Severance: Invalid provisions will be struck without affecting remaining provisions.
  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
  • Assignment: You may not assign this Agreement without consent. Bali.love may assign with 30 days' notice.
  • Notices: Electronic notices via email, platform notification, or messaging service.
  • Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and Bali.love submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth courts exercising jurisdiction in Victoria. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the operation of the Australian Consumer Law or any other mandatory consumer protection legislation.
