As we continue to expand our offerings, Bali.Love is introducing travel and accommodation services to elevate the wedding experience for our guests. We are seeking an experienced Wedding Accommodation Specialist with a deep understanding of luxury travel, exceptional guest experiences, and Bali's premier hospitality options.
Key Responsibilities
- • Assist couples and their guests with booking villas, hotels, and transportation
- • Build and maintain strong partnerships with resorts, private villas, and other accommodations
- • Create personalized travel itineraries, including pre-wedding excursions, cultural experiences, and extended stays
- • Support guests with visas, travel insurance, last-minute changes, and inquiries
- • Contribute to growing Bali.Love's travel services into a key part of our client experience
- • Ensure wedding guests enjoy the best travel recommendations and seamless experiences
Requirements
- • Based in Bali with 5+ years in luxury travel, hospitality, or as a travel agent
- • Deep knowledge of Bali's top hotels, villas, and transportation options
- • Strong negotiation and partnership-building skills
- • Experienced in managing group bookings efficiently
- • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools
- • Proactive, detail-oriented, and always client-focused
