We are looking for a Vendor & Catalogue Specialist to join our team in Bali. This role plays an important part in managing and maintaining our product catalogue on a custom-built online platform. You'll be responsible for adding and updating products, keeping information accurate, organizing categories, and ensuring the catalogue remains intuitive and user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities
- • Add, update, organize, and remove products to ensure accuracy and a seamless user experience
- • Review and verify product details, including publishing status and Terms & Conditions
- • Maintain regular communication with venues and vendors to ensure the latest product offerings
- • Assist the planning team in researching and sourcing new vendors, products, and services
Requirements
- • Based in Bali
- • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably within the wedding or hospitality industry
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to build positive relationships with vendors and partners
- • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- • Able to handle multiple priorities effectively
- • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach
- • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or Microsoft Office
Nice to Have
- • Previous e-commerce experience
- • Experience with Missive and catalogue/product management tools
