As a Wedding Planner, you'll manage and deliver multiple weddings from start to finish, leading couples through every stage of the planning process and coordinating with venues and vendors to bring their vision to life. You'll use Bali Love's proven systems and templates to stay organised while providing a calm, professional, and personal experience for each couple.
Key Responsibilities
- • Lead the full wedding planning process for assigned couples
- • Host and manage planning calls, site visits, and on-the-day coordination
- • Communicate effectively with couples, venues, and vendors
- • Prepare detailed briefs, checklists, and timelines for each event
- • Lead and support on-site teams during wedding days
- • Manage multiple weddings simultaneously with care and precision
- • Ensure all plans are executed on time, within budget, and to Bali Love standards
Requirements
- • Must be Bali-based
- • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to lead a team and manage multiple weddings simultaneously
- • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- • Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends
- • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- • Previous experience in events, hospitality, or client service preferred
