All three categories have been created with care and thought to anticipate every possible need of the seasoned global traveller.

Dining

Feast on delicious Indonesian, Balinese, Mediterranean, Japanese and many international dishes. The resort presents themed nights and gourmet extravaganzas throughout the week across several venues. The chefs source locally-grown fruits, vegetables and produce, some from our own organic gardens. Freshly-caught seafood is delivered daily, direct from local fishermen’s boats. They also supply the local fish market – our resort restaurants raise the bar for Jimbaran Bay seafood dinners.
