Mata Bingin is a tranquil boutique resort located on the top of Bali’s iconic Bingin Beach Clifftop. "Mata” literally means “the eye” in Indonesian, and the name represents our unique location on the prominent front-center tip of Bingin Beach’s iconic clifftop. While ownership and name have changed recently, the resort retains its original charm and style which has evolved organically since the 90s. Overlook the vista of world-famous Uluwatu surf breaks, sleep deeply in the soundscape of the rolling Indian Ocean, rise to the morning song of birds in the trees. Our accommodations centre around the communal clifftop space, the heart of our resort, with shared infinity pool, sun loungers and pagoda for dining. Our staff are on hand to serve peaceful breakfasts and moonlit night caps.
