Floors: The villa has two levels, one main villa and three stand-alone elevated pavilions, and an infinity-edge pool; Master Bedroom (or Bedroom 1) and Bedroom 2 are both located in the main pavillion adjacent to the lounge area; Bedroom 3, Bedroom 4 and Bedroom 5 each occupy a stand alone pavilion with living area adjacent to the villa's infinity pool; All 5 en-suite bedrooms have pool, garden and rice field views.

Living Areas: Outdoor tropical living with an open-concept lounge area; Comfortable platform sofa overlooking the rice fields, mosaic stools, and cushioned benches and a tea area with a four-seater table; Rooftop sunset terrace that can be used for yoga.

Dining Areas: Outdoor dining area with ceiling fan and wood dining table can seat 12 persons; Kitchen breakfast bar with 6 stools.

Pool size: Infinity-edge swimming pool surrounded by stone pool deck (14m x 4m x 2.0 m depth).

Dining: Private Chef is experienced in Western, Chinese, Asian, Vegetarian and children's dishes. Special requests can be accommodated (including special diets). All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, coffee press, blender, toaster, electric kettle, stove top, water dispenser, kitchenware and dinnerware.

Entertainment: Three 42-inch Flat-screen Smart Satellite Television with local and international channels, and streaming services, Surround-sound system in the living area (4 SONOS units).
